RE-EDITING & CHANGESThis service applies only to custom orders previously filled at SportMusic.com.
READY-TO-USE purchases and programs edited elsewhere are specifically excluded.
Making changes to a program is re-editing the timing of any part of or the entire program.
Programs with 3 or more parts - replacement of 1 entire part is re-edit. Programs with 1 or 2 parts - replacement of 1 entire part equals new program and a new Custom Order is required. All customers with expired review period and/or forfeited update will be charged $70 to continue working on the program.
Your Custom Music Order Includes: mp3 file and 2 personalized CD's. When your custom editing is completed, we will email the mp3 file for you to review.
You have 2 weeks for such review and one update before the CD's are shipped out. After 2 weeks CD's will ship, even if we did not hear from you. All changes to the program after CD's shipped out will result in a $70 program re-edit charge.
Shipping charges will be added to all orders. |
